Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar
Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar
A practical guide to bringing Claude into your real workflows, decisions, and connected tools.
Gmail and Google Calendar are two of the most commonly used tools in small business. Connecting them to Cowork unlocks some genuinely time-saving capabilities.
What you can do with Gmail connected
Search for any email without opening Gmail: 'Find the email from John about the invoice.'
Draft replies in your voice: 'Write a reply to Sarah's email — tell her we can meet Thursday at 2pm.'
Summarise threads: 'Summarise the email chain about the new project.'
What you can do with Google Calendar connected
Check your schedule: 'What meetings do I have tomorrow?' Find free time. Create events with invites.
