From responding to slogans to supporting teachers in the classroom, the system offers fact-based guidance, contextual explanations, and practical strategies users can apply in real conversations — at the kitchen table, in schools, or online.

Garage Door Works — Fractional AI Advisory & Systems Modernization

Garage Door Works engaged SYSTEMshift during a pivotal transition: incorporation ahead, legacy software sunsetting, and operational complexity increasing. What began as a digital readiness check evolved into ongoing fractional AI advisory.

We started with discovery — mapping real workflows across Outlook, Excel, accounting tools, and manual coordination. Instead of replacing everything, we tested improvements through lightweight prototypes and structured experiments. When QuickBooks Online introduced AI-powered document parsing, we adapted the roadmap — simplifying the stack and reducing manual quote-to-invoice work.

Today, the engagement continues as fractional AI advisory.

We provide:
