This package is for teams that are already making changes and want the right partner in the room while they do it. It helps you avoid expensive mistakes, sequence the work properly, and keep implementation decisions grounded in operations.
Advisory packages are billed monthly. Time can be used for calls, research, tool evaluations, workflow design, and advisory support. Unused time may roll over for one additional month. Advisory services do not include full implementation or development work, which is quoted separately. Packages can be changed or cancelled with 30 days notice.
